A Lannister always pays his debts. And his rent.

Suffering withdrawals after the final episode of Game of Thrones? Looking for a sea change? We have just the ticket, draw bridge and all.

The Central Coast’s famous Game of Thrones castle is back up for rent this year - and this time it's even cheaper to be a tenant. For just $500 a week (in 2018 it was $520/wk) you can become King and Queen of this quirky property with sea views on the Central Coast.

The house at 58 Donnison St, West Gosford made headlines last year when Raine and Horne Gosford posted a hilarious listing that called for “the next Jon Snow and Daenerys” to apply for the multi-share property.

The agency is once again embracing the GOT theme, announcing in a press release that they expect the property to “attract a throng of king slayers, wildings, and Targaryens.”

“Apart from historical and GoT enthusiasts, we expect local families with growing broods to inspect this iconic property, which offers four bedrooms and ample living space for sumptuous feasts and Shakespearean banquets,” agent Katie Tilden told realestate.com.au.

According to the listing: "There's room to practice your swordsmanship in the generous living room with high ceilings or hold a banquet in the dining room overlooking your Kingdom. Roast a beast in the new oven or boil your broth on the gas stove. The timber floors allow easy clean-up after disposing of your enemies, with lots of storage ideal for hiding away your secrets.

"Or, for the regular John & Jane, this house is a great talking point with magnificent views and loads of space".

The property will be available from September 23, so get your application ready! And remember, it’s not a house it’s a home, a man’s home is his castle.
