Desserts 4 Difference Sydney Bake Sale

Desserts 4 Difference is a global bake sale raising money for Australia's bushfire relief through the Australian Red Cross. Fundraising events will pop-up around the globe on Saturday, February 8 — and Sydney's will be hosted at Gelato Messina's Rosebery HQ. 

Sydney's best Pastry chefs will come together to bake sweet and savoury desserts just for the day — including Yves Scherrer (from Madame & Yves) and Andy Bowdy (from Saga and Saga Lyte).

Plus crowd faves such as Gelato Messina, Textbook Patisserie, Port Macquarie's Urban Grain Bakery and Styx catering, with more to don the aprons in the next week. 

100 percent of the proceeds will go toward the Australian Red Cross so bring your appetites!
