Emil And The Detectives At The Sydney Opera House This December

A great kids theatrical style show, your child will be intrigued by the tale of Emil and the Detectives based on Erich Kästner’s 1929 novella.

Never underestimate the determination of a child! Young Emil catches a train to visit family in the big city when suddenly, something valuable is stolen. The thief soon discovers, however, that Emil was not such an easy target. Can a bunch of kids work together to uncover and outsmart the true criminal?

Told in an intimate theatrical style by two skilled actors immersed in smoke and mirrors, miniature worlds and a cinematic score, Emil and the Detectives is sure to intrigue anyone with an enquiring mind!

The show runs for 70 minutes with no interval. Best suited for 8yrs+
