Flow After Dark Yoga Silent Disco

If you’re in the market for an all-level Vinyasa Yoga flow with a silent disco twist, this event is for you!

Flow-athletic co-founder, Kate Kendall and Sydney DJ, James Mack are joining forces to create a 90-minute silent yoga disco event, held at Hordern Pavilion at Moore Park.

On the mat, you’ll enjoy reawakening your body with a slow flow that includes moments of fire and plenty of fluidity. We can’t wait!
