Gingerbread Carousel at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney

Who wants to go for a spin at the Shangri-La Hotel? It's sure to be a sweet one! 

Executive pastry chef Anna Polyviou has done it again, after last year's giant gingerbread train, she has outdone herself with a giant gingerbread merry-go-round. 

The carousel combines 750 kilos of gingerbread, 300 kilos of lollies and 100 kilos of icing. The beautiful installation has vintage horses, rotating bauble towers, giant striped candy canes, sparkling reindeer, colourful lights and a jolly Santa sitting on top of a chimney. It has to be seen to be believed!
