Sydney’s most iconic waterfront hangout - Opera Bar - is beating the chill with their pop-up roving harbourside carts serving up winter warming cheese raclette and decadent gooey s'mores plus hot rum cocktails, all made to order tableside.

With a backdrop of those picture-perfect views of the harbour, the raclette melted before your eyes over potatoes, bacon and shallots., and there’s even an optional shaving of truffle! Then for a sweet fix, there are freshly flamed s’mores, with the chocolate and marshmallows sandwiched between crackers toasted at your table and drizzled with chocolate sauce.

For a grown-up winter booze option, hail the cocktail cart and grab a flaming hot cocktail, like the Hot Buttered Rum or the dramatic Mulled Dark and Stormy, with two types of Bacardi, muscat, cinnamon and fruit oils.

There will be live music to keep you entertained and heaters to keep you warm.
