Slow House 2.0: The Bathhouse Opens in Bondi

After the beloved Slow House on Curlewis Street was demolished, founders Tash and Jody Coggan didn't just rebuild; they reinvented. Partnering with neighboring gym Beach Fit, the team created Bondi's first-ever combined gym and wellness centre that's just opened right on Bondi's famous beachfront. With two venues in one convenient location (with Slow House 2.0 on the bottom level and Beach Fit, aka Beachhouse on the top level), members get a combined 1,000-square-metres of what Tash describes as "pure wellness heaven".

What can you expect at the new and improved Slow House 2.0? A stunning, Japanese onsen-inspired haven where fitness and relaxation come together seamlessly.

The sleek new space features three magnesium pools, a traditional Finnish sauna, a soothing steam room, and the ultimate test of your grit: two ice baths chilled to a bracing five degrees Celsius.
 

Upstairs, the former Beach Fit is now Beachhouse and offers the same cutting-edge gym equipment, sweeping views of Bondi Beach, and dog-friendly atmosphere–yes, pooches are welcome!
