The sweetest event on the Brisbane calendar returns in 2024 and is set to be bigger, better, and loaded with more sugar than ever!

International Cake Show Brisbane 2024

Cake queens, baker boys, and fondant friends will reunite again in 2024 at the annual International Cake Show Brisbane.

From 12-14 April 2024, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre will be taken over by cakes, bakes, treats, cookies, and more across 100 demonstrations, workshops, displays, mini classes, cake-offs, markets, Sweet Street, food trucks, a selfie wall, and even a kids' zone.

The International Cake Show Brisbane is a family event with loads of sweet things to see and do - literally!
