Part-Time Digital Campaign Manager
Working From Home

28-30 hours per week
Flexible over 5 days
Must be able to work school holidays or at least part of the school holidays

Are you ready to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team that are passionate about what they do and have a great time doing it? 

As the Campaign Manager, you are the engine room of ellaslist and work with both the sales team and content team. You will be responsible for the management and implementation of client campaigns - from scheduling, client liaison, gathering creative, campaign optimisation, and reporting along with generalist administrative tasks that support Sales and Operations and the Business in General.

About You
You’re a stickler for detail, a master multi-tasker and super organised with excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. You have the amazing ability to juggle lots of balls at the one time. You love processes and procedures, are a natural list maker and love getting things done on time. Your English, spelling and grammar is second to none and you are experienced using image editing tools and online CMS platforms. Experience using Display Advertising Platforms, Campaign Optimisation and G-Suite a distinct advantage - although full training will be given.

You’ll connect with this role because you / have:

  • Experience in sales admin, customer service, project management or media production roles as Campaign or Project Coordinator is desirable but not essential
  • Have a history of building strong client and internal relationships between departments and a passion for helping others.
  • Are a meticulous planner and organiser at home and at work.

Editor / Digital Content Manager
Working From Home

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop the ellaslist content and communications strategy to grow the audience and meet short- and long-term business goals.

Part-time role (4 days/week)
Immediate start
$70k to $80k (depending on experience, full-time salary)

About You:

You are an Inspirational team leader with endless creative ideas. You are innovative, a risk-taker, and make decisions based on data and industry know-how.  

Great time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are a must for this role, as are outstanding communication skills. It's a fast-paced, ever-changing environment so a can-do attitude is also a must!

As part of the role, you'll be building and managing a rich, multi-channel content calendar of original, engaging and relevant content, and developing our content and communications strategy. You'll ensure all our content is on brand and optimised for search, and be comfortable using analytics tools to ensure we're hitting our traffic goals and growing our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce and deliver highly engaging content and manage the content schedule on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 
  • Identify and create commercial opportunities such as sponsorships and partnerships and be across client briefs
  • Lead and manage a team of content producers including commissioning content, managing workloads, planning meetings etc
  • Regularly monitor SEO stats and action changes as required. Review monthly content audits across all content channels to update and optimise; and weekly and monthly reporting on content performance and key learnings across all channels
  • Ensure on-brand imagery (and videos where applicable) are acquired from a legitimate source and that copyright law is strictly adhered to
  • Stay abreast of what the competition is doing and ensure ellaslist remains a key player in the parenting, events and directory space
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital publishing and social media trends.

Skills and experience required

  • Must have sound knowledge of data analysis and ability to work to targets
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role (ie, a fast-paced digital content environment)
  • University background either studying communications or journalism
  • Experience with YouTube, Pinterest, UX/UI, video creation/editing preferred and CMS platforms
  • Experience producing commercial content
  • Experience in SEO, writing optimised content, and picture/video research and editing
  • Knowledge and practical experience with social media, eDMs and digital marketing
  • Sound experience in data analysis, ROI tracking and reporting to optimise campaigns and native content
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically and always challenging the system to find a ‘better way’
  • Good understanding of current digital trends and emerging technologies.

Junior Social Media Content Producer
Working From Home

Reporting to the Editor, you’ll be a social media enthusiast who will grow the ellaslist social media channels while delivering daily inspirational content to our audience and beyond.

immediate start; initially for a 6-month period

About You:
You'll be a digital native who lives and breathes all things social media! You'll know the latest social media trends to ensure optimum engagement and continued growth.
You’ll have previous experience setting up and optimising campaigns, as well as creating and growing organic audiences on varying platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule and boost social posts - text and video
  • Drive traffic to the campaigns of our broad advertisers' content 
  • Managing overall account performance, with a strong focus on planning, copywriting, paid media implementation, reporting and analytics 
  • Together with the Editor and the Campaign Manager, you’ll create and deliver campaigns from briefs that come in from our varied portfolio of clients

Skills and experience required:

  • 1-year social media marketing experience or similar 
  • Understands the true value of digital and social media in earned, owned and paid
  • Experienced with leading campaigns and plans across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter
  • Have experience implementing and executing paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple projects, and pride themselves on being a team player
  • Have a working knowledge of analytics, especially Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics 
  • Experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro a plus

Sydney - Sales Account Manager - Digital Ad Sales SMB
Working From Home

20-25 hours p/w flexible over 3, 4 or 5 days and flexibility around school hours and school holidays.
Helping small business reach their marketing objectives with our ad packages.
Base, Uncapped Commissions. FTE $70K package (full-time equivalent).

We're seeking an experienced digital sales account manager to join our small, fun and very busy team. Reporting to the General Manager you'll be responsible for developing and increasing revenue across a variety of small business verticals. You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients, handle inbound enquiries and develop new business outreach strategies. You'll match our products and services to client marketing objectives, creating proposals and closing the sale. You’ll be contacting event organisers for festivals, live shows and expos to mention a few, as well as local councils for local events. This is a high volume role with an endless lead list.  

Essential skills and attributes:

- Proven sales or client management experience and history working to targets in online, media or small business advertising will be an advantage.

- Ability to prospect for new clients and opportunities and to upsell where appropriate

- Effective and productive sales planning.

- Fun, bubbly and positive personality - great sense of humour a must! A great people person.

- Love the thrill of the sale and can close on the phone.

- Has a natural conversational approach to selling, can identify marketing needs quickly and is never hesitant to pick up the phone to a new prospect.

- Persistent, resilient and copes well in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

- Outstanding English communication.

- Great at juggling many tasks at once, and you are adept with planning your day and tasks. 

- Understand the current digital landscape and be up to date with trends.

- The ability to prioritise ruthlessly and get stuff done.

- Experience with Salesforce and CMS platforms an advantage, but we will train.

- Most important attribute is to have a positive, can do and muck in attitude. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and put your hand up when you’re unsure. This is a real team environment and role.
