Australia’s biggest cheese festival is back in Brisbane in 2024 with a bigger, smellier, and more 'matured' lineup than ever before!

Now in it's seventh year, Mould is the festival to witness and taste some of the best cheese from all aross Australia. Showcasing over 100 varieties that span hard to soft, textured to earthy, stinky to mild, with raw milk varieties and everything in between, there will be dairy delights to suit every palate at this year’s Australia-wide Mould celebrations, kicking off in Brisbane from 24-26 May 2024.

Plus, an aromatic line-up of cheeses from over 27 producers will also give cheese lovers access to "The Grate Cheese Commission", a special selection of Mould-exclusive artisan cheeses created solely for the festival and unavailable elsewhere.
