Pre-registration for Matildas Matches

This year, Fed Square is introducing free ticket registration for the Matildas' matches on Friday 26 July, Monday 29 July, and Thursday 1 August.

Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. During these matches, Fed Square will have controlled access, with The Atrium entrance on Flinders Street as the sole entry point. Make sure to bring your free ticket for entry, and be prepared for bag checks upon arrival.

FAQs

What will be shown on the Big Screen? Fed Square will feature Channel 9's Paris Olympics broadcast from 12 pm to 10 pm throughout the Olympics and Paralympics.

Is there seating available? Limited deck chair seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis within the Main Square for the live viewing.

Will the restaurants, cafes, and bars at Fed Square be open? Yes, all eateries and bars will operate as usual during the live viewing period. Please check with individual businesses for their operating hours.

Will ACMI, the Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, and KHT be open? ACMI, the Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, and KHT will remain open and operate as normal during the live viewing period.
