Creature: An Immersive New Experience at PHIVE

PHIVE, Parramatta's bright and bustling new cultural and community hub, is welcoming a brand new immersive experience to its impressive line-up.

Creature allows you to connect with the Australian bush in a new and captivating way. Through the interactive projections and the symphony of sounds, you can momentarily step into this unique environment, marveling at its beauty and becoming one with its wildlife.

As you step into Creature, you find yourself surrounded by a captivating fusion of nature and technology. The play space is adorned with interactive, digital projections that bring the Australian landscape to life. Be greeted by the bounding kangaroos, the chirp of the crickets and croaking frogs. Chase the moon, and send the stars swirling with the help of your friends.

Play Space

Creature is an immersive play space with interactive visuals that will send imaginations into a world of discovery.  

The play space is completely FREE and no bookings are required.

Play Space Operating Times

• Monday to Wednesday: 10 am to 4 pm
• Thursday to Sunday: 10:30 am to 4 pm

Please note: The Play Space will be closed during workshop performance times. 
                       Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Workshops Performances

Creature offers Workshop Performance experiences that invite children to take center stage and explore the wonders of the Australian bush through creative movement and artistry.

Set within the immersive play space of digital projections, children will be guided and inspired to engage with the interactive visuals through play, dance, movement, improvisation and storytelling.

Workshops are designed to engage and inspire children aged 3 to 8 years. Bookings required.

Workshop Operating Times

• Thursday to Sunday: 10 am - 10:30 & 1 pm - 1:30 pm

Please note: Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. This applys to the Place Space and Workshops.

               Workshops $10 pp. Babes in arms (under 1) and Companion Card Holders Free.
