Parrtjima - A Festival in Light in Alice Springs

The annual Parrtjima – A Festival in Light event returns to Alice Springs in 2020, with a new series of immersive Aboriginal artworks, light installations and live performances set to wow visitors to Australia’s Red Centre. The free public event is the only Aboriginal light festival in the world and proudly showcases the stories of Australia’s oldest culture through technology, music, storytelling and art. Local artists’ artworks and installations will enthrall audiences across Alice Springs Desert Park, while Todd Mall in Alice Springs CBD will be the festival’s entertainment hub brimming with live music and performances, talks, workshops and more.
