The Burger Expo Is Coming To Sydney’s Entertainment Quarter

Buckle up, Carnivores! Anyone fancy a juicy burger? Or two? The Burger Collective and the world-famous celebrity chef Alvin Cailan (a host of The Burger Show, a viral YouTube feature) are teaming up for a one-day event at The Market Canopy in The Entertainment Quarter on August 11th.

The Burger Expo will showcase a top selection of Australian burger restaurants. In addition to food, there will also be a multitude of fun things to enjoy at the expo as a family: a Tabasco activation tent, lawn bowls area, interactive gaming area, burger games and various masterclasses. Live music will make all the food even more palatable.
