Every Saturday at 5pm, kick off your Light Walk with a bang as VIVID Kids at Tumbalong Park comes alive with free acts made for the kiddos, setting the scene for an evening packed with even more live tunes.

Here's the VIVID Kids at Tumbalong Park lineup you won’t want to miss!

25 May: Get ready for an unforgettable cultural journey with Buuja Buuja Dance. This First Nations-led dance group will guide your tots through some of the oldest dance steps on earth, part of Jalbu Muna—a night dedicated to celebrating female First Nations storytelling. Curated by the talented Yalanji musician Deline Briscoe, the evening will also feature the legendary Christine Anu.

1 June: It’s all about the giggles with The Beanies. Known for their catchy, quirky tunes and their spot on ABC Kids, The Beanies are here to make sure your mini-me’s experience all the joy of being their wild, wonderful selves.

8 June: Groove to the green beats of Formidable Vegetable. Their family-friendly electro-funk is packed with messages about loving our planet. From eco-tunes about vegetable gardening to sustainable living, it’s a dance party with a lesson everyone can dig.

15 June: Meet The Quokkas. This dynamic five-piece band brings energy and messages of inclusivity to the stage. With diverse cultural backgrounds and physical abilities, The Quokkas show that anything is possible, all while keeping the fun meter cranked to max.
