Mermaid Swim Academy, established in 2005, has become one of the most beloved, renowned and best swim schools in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Mermaid Swim Academy offers swimming lessons in a natural, saltwater environment at the beautiful Bondi Icebergs Pool.

Starting from Parent & Babies and Parents & Toddlers all the way through to Learn to Swim, Stroke Development and Junior Swim Squads, Mermaid Swim Academy covers all ages, abilities and needs. Our aim is to provide all our students with the essential life skill of swimming and to develop their love of our ocean backyard by feeling confident and safe when being active in, or around the water.

Mermaid Swim Academy also offer a range of open water tuition including surf awareness, surf swimming and in particular the highly successful Surf Sports Nipper Training Camps. Our ambition is to develop and inspire the next generation of ocean swimmers, surfers, board paddlers and ocean lovers.

Mermaid Swim Academy believes in creating a positive and nurturing environment to learn to swim with small class sizes (two students to one instructor in our beginner level) and qualified, highly skilled instructors who love to share their passion for swimming with their students.
